Next-Day Reports
We believe in getting you the most accurate and up-to-date information possible, which means doing the research necessary to get the facts in the report. We complete the report onsite with a mobile device and take pictures as we go. This means we can get you the report the next day and in most cases the same day as the inspection. Because any sooner is irresponsible.

Our reports are 100+ pages of detailed issues that are documented thoroughly. A summary shows you the major issues in Red text, while Items to keep an eye on are in Blue, and Minor or maintenance items are in black.

The purpose of a Home Inspection is to identify material defects and the condition of the property. Material defects include structural, life, and safety defects or defects expensive to remedy. An InterNACHI calls these significant defects.
The InterNACHI Inspection is also to call out Property Systems and items that are past their service life. These items are functioning as intended, but they are old. Normally the appraisal takes this into account as the appraised value calculates the effective age.
We make every Inspection a Champion Inspection. Each member of our team is an expert in his or her field, so you can count on Champion's systematic approach to providing the most detailed, comprehensive, and reliable reports possible. Get started by Scheduling a Utah Home Inspector in your area.
